Day 1 at RIT Competition

Hello all, I write from out beautiful Holiday Inn in Rochester after a wonder meal at UNO, making a great end my first day at competition. I am a rookie in Code Red Robotics, and this is my first competition besides Ruckus (a mock-competition using the previous year's robot to show new members what FIRST robotics is all about). I enjoyed the first day, which consisted of teams testing their robots on randomly assigned teams on the actual field while other teams watch and take notes starting to decide who they would like to be on a team with if the opportunity should arise. My friends in Code Red tell me that tomorrow will just be this times 10, louder music, actual competition between teams and more hype in general.

I will be posting videos and images from today later today or tomorrow on this site, so stay tuned! I'm looking forward to tomorrow, and will keep you up to date. Istvan.
